Born and raised in Silicon Valley, Spencer graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Economics and launched his career in the financial services industry. His eight years in the corporate world gave him a strong foundation in market cycles, risk analysis, and long-term strategy—skills that naturally translated into real estate. Having grown up in a family of real estate professionals and investors, the transition felt like a return to his roots.



Spencer has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2006 and Broker since 2016. He brings a rare level of versatility to his work. His background spans residential sales, home renovations, custom spec construction, and the development of ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units). As a property owner and certified property manager himself, Spencer understands real estate from every angle—whether you're buying your first home, expanding your portfolio, or selling a long-held investment.

Fluent in Mandarin, Spencer serves a diverse range of clients with professionalism and care. Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, golf, tennis, and giving back through local canine rescue organizations.
