A proud Bay Area native and honors graduate of UC Santa Barbara, Carla began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, before leading business development across the Pacific Northwest in the education sector. Her strong foundation in numbers, operations, and high-level service translates seamlessly into her real estate practice, where she has built a reputation for precision, professionalism, and going the extra mile.


Carla’s marketing strategy is rooted in data-driven decision making, compelling storytelling, and proactive outreach - ensuring every listing stands out in a crowded market and reaches the right buyers.


Her track record includes representing both buyers and sellers in competitive Silicon Valley markets, securing top-dollar listings, and guiding clients through complex transactions with clarity and confidence. She’s been fortunate to visit over 60 countries, an experience that has shaped her global perspective and deepened her appreciation for home.
